A Day At Mi Mundo!

We have two classrooms at Mi Mundo. One is for the young class, late two year-olds to late three year-olds and the older classroom is for late three year olds to 5.

Both classes have a different time schedule, but same program.

Here is a sample of what a day is like at Mi Mundo:

7:45-9:00 Drop off. Sensory tables, manipulatives and free play
9:00-12:00 Morning Program:
9:00-10:00 Outdoor Play
10:00-10:15 Bathroom
10:15-10:30 Snack
10:30-10:50 Spanish Circle/ Movement and Songs
10:50-11:50 Art/ science Project in Spanish
11:50-11:55 Bathroom/ hand washing

11:55-12:30  Lunch time
12:30-12:45 Half-day Pick-up
12:30-12:45 setting classroom for nap/ Bathroom
12:45 – 2:00 Nap Time/ Quiet Time
2:00-2:15 Bathroom and classroom clean up.
2:30- 2:45 Part-time Pick-up
2:15-3:15 Outdoor play, group 1/ Indoor art work, group 2.
3:15-3:30 Afternoon Snack
3:30-4:45 Group swap: Outdoor play, group 2/ Indoor art work, group 1.
4:45-5:00 Clean up classrooms & outdoor area.
5:00-5:15 Closing Circle & Last Pick-up.
Every day, parents will find a hand-written log. This log narrates the activities and experiences of the children in both classrooms. Parents will find this notebook in the lobby area. If parents ever miss it, they can always check it the next time they come in!
